Merchandise may be exchanged for a store credit only when accompanied by a Vive la France store/mail order receipt within 30 days of purchase in our store.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Vive la France is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Vive la France will provide a prepaid FedEx Ground return label.

If returned by mail, please enclose your packing slip with item in original packaging and ship prepaid and insured to:

Please allow 2 weeks from the day you return you package for your merchandise credit to be issued. Exchanges or store credits will not be possible after 30 days without a receipt.
